About Me: Greetings and thank you for visiting my webpage! I’m of the mindset that people do well when they can! My thought is that with the right-fit support and hard work in therapy, people across the lifespan can reach their full potential and I strive to create a safe and “judgement free” space so that you can achieve your goals. With that being said, we will work hard together to build a sense of therapeutic trust in our counseling relationship.
In my counseling room, you will feel unconditional positive regard, listened to and cared for by me. There are times when you might even feel challenged but this is simply a sign of growth and a new understanding of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, all brought on by your hard work in the therapeutic process.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time relaxing, sipping on a cup of hot green tea and watching reruns of my favorite crime shows. I am a foodie who loves to cook (my favorites are soul and creole foods) as well as to eat! I live in a house with 3 generations and every day presents an opportunity to practice patience and self-regulation 😊
